HelpSeva, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures in system performance caused by internet, hardware, or software limitations.

3. Platform Reliability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate performance. However, Blood Bank Plus operates in both offline and online modes using Firebase cloud storage and browser-based data caching. As such, there may be instances of temporary data unavailability, sync delays, or device-level data loss.

HelpSeva does not guarantee that the platform will be completely error-free, virus-free, or continuously available at all times.

4. Data Accuracy & Verification

The accuracy of all data (such as donor details, blood group entries, stock levels, and request forms) depends entirely on the information provided by the user or organization. Blood Bank Plus provides tools to manage and store data but does not verify or certify its authenticity.

Each hospital, NGO, or authorized user is fully responsible for verifying the correctness of data before issuing, transfusing, or publishing any information.

5. Use of Aadhaar and Personal Information

The platform allows optional Aadhaar-based donor identification only for internal record-keeping and duplicate prevention. Aadhaar numbers are securely hashed and never stored in plain text. Blood Bank Plus does not validate or link directly with UIDAI servers. Users entering such data are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

6. Sponsorships and Advertisements

Blood Bank Plus may display small sponsorship banners such as “Supported by KEO Foundation” or HelpSeva partner messages. These are for acknowledgment purposes only and do not imply any endorsement, ownership, or partnership between the sponsor and end-user. Sponsors have no access to donor data, medical records, or user information.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

The platform may include links or embedded tools from trusted third-party providers (such as Firebase, Google APIs, or affiliate programs). These external sites are not controlled by HelpSeva. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or actions. Users should review third-party terms before engaging with such services.

8. Data Security Disclaimer

While Blood Bank Plus uses industry-grade encryption and authentication, no online platform is completely immune to security risks. HelpSeva is not responsible for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss arising from technical issues beyond our control.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome

Using this platform does not guarantee that blood requests will be fulfilled, donors will be found, or medical emergencies will be resolved. 11. Indemnification

By using Blood Bank Plus, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelpSeva, its founders, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or legal expense arising out of:
